Persons wishing to enroll for services should contact the local DHS offices in the county where the enrollee resides.

HCBS Specialists
(for all HCBS waivers, habilitation and remedial services)
The state has been divided into 14 regions, with each region assigned a HCBS Specialist to provide technical assistance and quality oversight to the counties included in that HCBS region.
HCBS Program Managers
(for all HCBS waivers, habilitation and remedial services)
Program oversight is provided by program managers from the Divison of Medical Services, Bureau of Long-Term Care.
