IOWA PLAN REPROCUREMENT PROCESS AND REQUEST FOR INFORMATION

The Iowa Medicaid Enterprise (IME) contracts for delivery of the behavioral health services for most enrolled Medicaid members, called the Iowa Plan. This contract ends on June 30, 2009. The IME is seeking public input into the design of the Iowa Plan. To acquire comments, the IMW will hold a series of public meetings at the IME offices in Des Moines. If you cannot attend one of these informal meetings, you may FAX responses to CYNTHIA TRACY at 515-725-1360.

Iowa Medicaid will consider this input when developing a Request for Proposal (RFP) for selecting a contractor for the Iowa Plan. If you would like to be notified when the Iowa Plan Request for Proposal is made public on the Department of Administrative Service?s website, please send your  request with your email address to Ctracy@dhs.state.ia.us
