Demonstration to Maintain Independence and Employment Grant - November 30, 2006
This grant is a joint proposal by DHS, Department of Corrections and Iowa Workforce Development to provide Medicaid benefits and other transitional and vocational supports to inmates with a serious mental illness after they leave prison.
